What is Workplace Bullying?

Workplace Bullying is when a person or group of people repeatedly treat another person or group of people in a way meant to intimidate, humiliate, or put them at risk of injury. Bullying is not the same as demanding certain reasonable expectations from a staff, or even being seen as a tough boss. Bullying has a degradation quality and is often a pattern of behavior. Workplace bullying, whether done by management or other staff, can contribute to a toxic organizational culture, lower productivity and morale, and put workers at risk.
