Workplace Diversity is the concept of having a staff of people within an organization who are different from one another. Most often, workplace diversity is seen in terms of race, gender, religious beliefs, and age, but the term can apply to many other differences among people. Encouraging workplace diversity brings more points of view to an organization, making it more effective at problem solving and meeting the challenges of doing business in today’s global marketplace.
