What is Workforce Planning?

Workforce Planning is when an organization analyses, plans, and executes processes designed to meet the needs of the workforce. This can include planning to make sure that a company is meeting all regulatory policies, legal policies, and organizational objectives. Workforce planning can include changing employment policies, offering additional training, strategic compensation or other processes. Workforce planning is a continual process that a company must engage in to make sure that the organization and the workforce are working towards the same goals.
