What is Strategic HRM?

Strategic HRM (Human Resource Management) is the concept of managing the human resources of a company focusing on culture, value, and commitment. Strategic HRM is interested in keeping up with the latest theories and research into managing people, and developing approaches to human resources that will keep employees engaged and happy in their career. Some of the goals of Strategic HRM can be to build organizational culture, reduce turnover, and keep a higher morale among employees.
