A SPHR, or Senior Professional in Human Resources, is an individual who has become certified in HR management. These certifications are usually pursued by people who work at higher levels of human resources and are more likely to affect the policies that a company puts in place, rather than enforcing and implementing those policies. The certification for a Senior Professional in Human Resources is a national one.
