Sensitivity Training is a program designed to make people more sensitive to how their behaviors affect group dynamics and the diverse group of people working around them. Sensitivity training can have a general theme of being more inclusive and learning to work with people who have different personality traits, or it can be designed to educate a workforce on the specific challenges facing certain employees, such as female employees in a male-dominated work place or employees in same-sex relationships.
