What is Executive Search?

The I-9 Form is required by the U.S. government as a means of verifying that all new staff hires have legal identification and legal authorization to perform work in the United States.

All employees, including citizens and non-citizens, must fill out the I-9 form and provide the required documents to support their right to work. An employer completes the form, attesting to the review of the submitted documentation in compliance with the related U.S. laws.
