What are One Way Interviews (video interviewing)?

A One-Way Interview, also known as video interviewing, is a presentation-like video where an applicant records themselves answering questions or performing a task as requested by the company. Since the video consists only of the candidate answering questions, it is called a one way interview. Details of one way interviews, such as the number of questions being asked or the time limits of the recording, are going to vary between organizations. Some companies have special software to enable applicants to create video interviews.
