What are Intangible Rewards?

Intangible Rewards are a form of employee recognition that does not necessarily have monetary value. They can be public recognition for accomplishments or personal development opportunities. Morale-enhancing praise and expressions of gratitude can be considered intangible rewards.

Intangible rewards recognize the value an employee brings to the workplace and rewards the employee in often more personal ways.
